About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community & Office Manager to join our team in New York City. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering collaboration and community among our employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Building: Develop and implement strategies to build a strong sense of community among our employees, including creating opportunities for socialization, team-building, and professional development.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing the office budget, coordinating events, and ensuring the office is well-maintained and secure.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for our New York City community, responding to inquiries, and providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Leadership: Collaborate with our Global Community & Office Lead to develop and implement our community and office strategy, and provide input on key decisions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar office management or hospitality/hotel-focused role.
  • Comprehensive planning skills and demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An empathetic individual who shows concern for the well-being of others.
  • Positive with a solution-orientated, pragmatic attitude.
  • Able to embrace the pace and likes it when things move fast.
  • A natural communicator with a creative streak, who's a critical thinker, accurate, with attention to detail.
  • Super-social and a strong collaborator.
  • Capable of taking initiative, owning responsibilities, and being accountable for tasks.
  • Clear and precise communication skills in English.
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 gross per year.
