About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Community & Office Manager to join our team in New York. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering collaboration and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Communication: Be the face of our local community, promoting and encouraging communication among team members, and gathering feedback to understand community sentiment.
  • Meaningful Relationships: Forge relationships cross-functionally within the community, welcoming new starters, and meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Connected Leadership: Support senior leadership events, collaborate with executive assistants, and maintain a safe and secure workplace.
  • Office Experience: Develop and deliver a five-star office experience, defining a clear service proposition, overseeing operations, and ensuring the office is an inclusive workplace.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar office management or hospitality/hotel-focused role.
  • Comprehensive planning skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An empathetic individual with a positive attitude and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to take initiative, own responsibilities, and be accountable for tasks.
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 - 83,500 gross per year.
