Location: Stockport

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

o Monday to Friday (Double days)

o 6-1.30pm and 1.30pm - 9pm with a paid half hour break

Salary: Dependent On Experience

About the Role

Kairos Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Cut and Crease Operator to join our client's team. As a leading manufacturer of carton board packaging products, they deliver innovative solutions that protect and help sell products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing jobs for die-cutting
  • Running and monitoring of jobs to ensure quality is maintained
  • Completing paperwork to verify operator, quantities, and quality control
  • Daily machine maintenance and Health & Safety checks
  • Completing other daily duties and requests from a Manager or Supervisor
  • Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Occasional voluntary weekend overtime
Requirements
  • 2 years minimum experience in working on a large Cut & Crease Die Cutter Machine
  • Operate a Bobst and Eterna or similar Cut Crease Die Cutter Machine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Motivated with a positive helpful attitude
  • Reliable, and trustworthy
  • Team player with ability to also work on own initiative
  • Awareness and knowledge of Health and Safety
