Key Responsibilities
  • Optimise contract profitability through effective cost management and negotiation
  • Provide accurate and timely quotations to clients for variations
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of residential groundworks and construction practices
  • Prepare and present monthly cost and value reports to stakeholders
  • Perform other daily tasks associated with a Senior Quantity Surveyor role
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in value engineering and cost reduction strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
