Examination Invigilator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as an Examination Invigilator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth conduct of public examinations, working closely with the Exams Officer and other staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with setting up exam venues, including laying out stationery and papers
- Organize students on arrival, prior to the exam, and issue relevant exam instructions
- Ensure exam venues remain quiet and remain vigilant during exams
- Deal with queries raised by students appropriately, seeking advice where necessary
- Report any discrepancies, disturbances, or irregularities in procedures to the Exams Officer promptly
- Good level of literacy and numeracy
- Ability to work in partnership with a wide range of teaching and support staff members
- Be able to work with minimal supervision and initiative
