This full-time position will involve a combination of office-based work and remote responsibilities.
In this crucial role, you will report directly to the founder and be responsible for the effective management of the import and export processes across various international markets. Your duties will encompass registration, freight coordination, logistics oversight, and warehousing operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team with a positive and encouraging demeanor
- Supervising all supply chain and warehouse activities
- Monitoring and managing the supply chain budget, including freight costs, duties, and taxes
- Collaborating with laboratory teams to ensure compliance with global standards for existing and new products
- Identifying and proposing innovative solutions in the marketplace across different product and packaging categories
The ideal candidate will possess a background in operations and supply chain management, with a solid grasp of new product development (NPD). Strong relationship-building skills are essential, along with substantial experience working with agents, manufacturers, and clients on a global scale.
Familiarity with international market regulations is preferred. We are looking for a confident self-starter with excellent communication abilities, who thrives in a dynamic environment. As a team player, you will have experience in managing a small team and motivating them to achieve excellence. A genuine passion for skincare is a valuable asset.
