About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Examinations Officer to join our team at the University of Brighton Academies Trust. As an Examinations Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of internal and external examinations across our academies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of examinations, including scheduling, timetabling, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with exam regulations, GDPR, and KCSIE.
  • Lead a team of Exam Invigilators, providing guidance and support to ensure their conduct is compliant with JCQ regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with exam boards, schools, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the Examinations Team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role in a school environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with SIMS or similar school management information systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
