Job Title: Environment, Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Environment, Health and Safety Manager to join our team at CRP Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing health and safety strategies across our operations, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees, contractors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
  • Lead and support the operational team in delivering health and safety related projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees are aware of their health and safety responsibilities and are equipped to perform their roles safely.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure health and safety is integrated into business operations and decision-making processes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role with demonstrable experience in a high-risk manufacturing environment.
  • Qualified to NEBOSH General Certificate.
  • Understanding of ISO Standards with auditing experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
