Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Field Marketing Manager to join our team at Career Moves Group. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation campaigns to build awareness, build pipeline, and accelerate opportunities to achieve ACV.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Demand Generation Campaigns: Use data insights to inform decision-making and execute high-quality campaigns and events for a market segment aligned closely with the overall marketing and business objectives for the UK & Ireland.
- Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, encompassing events, digital, outbound sales, and social, to maximize impact and engagement.
- Deliver Marketing Initiatives: Seamlessly deliver marketing initiatives, executed within budget, logistics, timelines, and vendor management.
- Track and Report Performance: Track and report on the performance of marketing activities against KPIs and ROI to maximize impact and engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Collaborate closely with UK&I sales leaders and GTM teams, as well as EMEA and Global Marketing teams, to integrate and execute high-performing marketing programs.
- Communicate with Sales Team: Be responsible for communicating with the sales team on marketing activity.
- Bring New Ideas: Proactively bring new ideas and improved processes to the team for consideration.
- 4+ Years in Field Marketing: 4+ years of experience in field marketing.
- Self-Starter: A self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and to explore.
- Preferred Experience in B2B Marketing: Preferred experience in B2B marketing.
- Solid Understanding of Campaigns and Events: A solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in developing, executing, and measuring campaigns and events.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills.
- Results-Driven: Results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven Ability to Thrive in a Matrix Environment: Proven ability to thrive in a matrix, multi-stakeholder environment.
