We are committed to providing vulnerable young individuals with the essential support they require to secure employment and achieve independent living. Our organization offers accommodation, health assistance, and life skills training to help homeless youth reintegrate into education, training, and the workforce. Our mission is to eradicate youth homelessness by 2037.
We collaborate with various partners to assist over 16,000 young people annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with young individuals, guiding them towards achieving their personal goals and independence.
- Operate both autonomously and collaboratively within a team to maintain the highest standards of accommodation.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of needs and risks for young people.
- Manage a personal caseload, delivering comprehensive support tailored to individual needs and aspirations.
- Facilitate effective communication with multiple agencies, including social work teams and health services.
- Make referrals to various statutory and voluntary organizations for specialized support and employment training opportunities.
- Assist young people in managing their rental accounts by liaising with relevant agencies and fostering personal budgeting skills.
This Role is Ideal for You If You:

- Possess experience in supported housing environments.
- Can provide support to young people with varying levels of needs.
- Are capable of working independently, as part of a team, and alongside external partners.
- Exhibit strong communication abilities.

- Have an interest in working with unaccompanied asylum-seeking children.
Additional Information:
Applicants should be prepared to work on a flexible rota, which may include early and late shifts as well as weekends.
