Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team at GBK. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and supporting our chefs in preparing and serving our delicious menu items.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs in preparing and serving food, including washing and peeling vegetables, and cleaning equipment and utensils.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed, and ensure that all kitchen areas are well-stocked and equipped.
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Participate in cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
