**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Financial Analyst to support our investment strategies and contribute to the success of ORIGIN. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, with a focus on Technology, Media, and Telecommunications.

A previous exposure to either the sports or entertainment industry would be appreciated. This permanent role requires exceptional financial modelling and presentation skills to support our investment strategies and contribute to the success of ORIGIN.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modelling to support investment decisions, including projections, valuations, return and sensitivity analyses.

• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to senior management and external stakeholders.

• Assist in the due diligence process for potential investments, including financial statement analysis, modelling, market assessment, and competitive analysis.

• Interact with clients, investors, and other stakeholders throughout deal processes, ensuring clear and effective communication.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, preferably within the TMT sector.

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with experience in building, updating, and presenting financial models.

• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial and strategic information clearly and concisely.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of interacting with clients, investors, and other advisors.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.

• Passion for the sports and entertainment industry and a keen interest in sports and entertainment investments.
