We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our team at Underley Garden School, a large school with small class sizes, focusing on pupils and young people, aged 5-19, who have a range of complex needs associated with autism and learning disabilities.
As an SEN Teacher, you will work closely with the Headteacher to develop a curriculum and promote positive relationships between peers. You will create a safe and inclusive learning environment, tailored to the needs of our students, and provide individualized support to help them reach their full potential.
We are looking for a teacher with a therapeutic approach to their teaching and learning, who is passionate about empowering vulnerable young people to achieve their goals. Experience of working with Autistic pupils and a willingness to teach students of all ages are essential.
