We are seeking an experienced and passionate Autism Ward Manager to join our team at Kings Norton Hospital, a purpose-built adult mental health service. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the attainment of national quality and safety objectives
  • Provide professional advice, guidance, and support to team members
  • Ensure compliance with safe storage and administration of drugs/medication
  • Undertake and be proficient in relevant clinical skills
  • Maintain effective communication of patient care and other essential information
Requirements
  • A current NMC Pin registration
  • At least 4 years' experience in a similar environment
  • A legal right to work in the UK
  • Evidence of continuous personal and professional development
