Our commitment to change is rooted in our exceptional team, which is why we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to provide essential operational support in the management, development, and performance oversight of our legal talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Attraction:

  • Oversee logistics for external Emerging Talent events, ensuring timely travel arrangements and communication with attendees, as well as coordinating with couriers for the delivery and setup of firm materials.
  • Manage room bookings, catering arrangements, and AV requirements for internal events and assessment centers.
  • Assist the Diversity & Inclusivity team with Emerging Talent events by providing necessary materials, preparing presentations, and representing the Emerging Talent initiative.
  • Handle administrative tasks for all BCLP attraction events efficiently.
  • Support Recruitment Managers in managing social media content in collaboration with our social media agency.

Selection:

  • Coordinate first-stage virtual interviews for Emerging Talent positions.
  • Facilitate both in-person and virtual assessment days, including candidate management, room bookings, and preparation of assessment materials.
  • Organize vacation schemes and other graduate programs, which includes arranging sessions, booking rooms, coordinating catering, and onboarding students.

Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end candidate communications, including interview and assessment outcomes.
  • Prepare offer documentation for candidates.
  • Ensure the collection of signed offer and onboarding documents as necessary.
  • Provide feedback to candidates who were not selected for positions.
  • Process candidate expenses, invoices from external vendors, and maintain budget tracking while liaising with the Finance department.
  • Oversee the Application Tracking System (ATS), PeopleSoft, and Chrome River.
  • Update and advertise job descriptions, posting roles for lateral hires.
  • Compile and issue offer documentation for lateral hires.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for recruitment and personnel records.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR or Graduate Recruitment, with a solid understanding of the field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Able to manage pressure and prioritize conflicting tasks effectively.
  • Highly organized with relevant administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their relevance in recruitment.
