About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-conscious individual to join our team as a Style Advisor. As a Style Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and showcasing our brand's unique style.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in comprehensive training to develop your expertise and skillset in line with our brand's expectations
  • Present and educate customers on the features and benefits of our Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products
  • Apply professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales targets
  • Build relationships with clients to increase loyalty through our Radically Personal program
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment by adhering to visual guidelines
  • Ensure all store standards and operations meet company expectations
  • Perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or service
  • A genuine interest in fashion and styling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based culture
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
