About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Quality Project Manager to join our team at Thames Water. As a key member of our Public Health team, you will play a vital role in delivering and supporting our Public Health Programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects designed to improve water quality performance across our treatment plants and networks.
  • Work collaboratively with Operational colleagues and Regulatory Response teams to ensure compliance with Notices and Enforcement Orders.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Provide regular programme updates to stakeholders across the business.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of water distribution systems, repair and maintenance, and/or treatment processes.
  • Experience in coordinating or managing projects within a Water Industry environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships within teams.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks when under pressure.
  • Practical knowledge of project management and tracking.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
  • A car allowance on top of the basic salary.
  • Monday – Friday 36 hours per week.
  • Location – Flexible working across Thames Valley and London.
  • Hybrid working between office, home and field.
  • 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service.
  • Contributory pension – Defined Contribution - Maximum of 12% -2x employee contribution.
