We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Duty and Recruitment Officer to join our Manchester office at Rainbow Fostering Services Ltd.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting foster carers, coordinating placements, and ensuring the welfare of children in our care.

Responsibilities
---------------

* Recruit and assess foster carers to meet the needs of our children
* Coordinate placements and ensure the smooth transition of children into foster care
* Develop and maintain relationships with foster carers and external stakeholders
* Provide support and guidance to foster carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for children

Requirements
------------

* Experience in recruitment or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Knowledge of child welfare and safeguarding practices
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with foster carers and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
* Educated to degree level or equivalent (preferred)
