Reporting directly to our Strategic Director Childrens and Adults, you will oversee our adult care and support services, disability services, and mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide a high-performing team in reviewing pathways into social care, ensuring our services fully leverage new ways of working, optimizing reablement, and integrating new technologies.
- Play a key role in preparing the Borough for upcoming inspections.
- Deliver high-quality, sustainable adult services in a supportive and inclusive working environment.
- Hybrid working with a minimum requirement of three days in the office per week.
- Occasional travel to locations away from your contractual base.
