Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Inotiv. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our production staff, restocking stores, maintaining the warehouse system, and supporting with waste management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to production staff, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Restock stores and maintain inventory levels
  • Maintain the warehouse system, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Support with waste management, including disposal and recycling
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in warehouse or stores operations is advantageous
  • Flexible and happy to support colleagues with a variety of tasks
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures
  • Reliability and proactive approach to work
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
  • Compassionate and humane approach to animals
