Job Title: 1st Line IT Support Technician

Are you an IT professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a 1st Line IT Support Technician to join our team at Syntax Consultancy Limited.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Technician to provide technical support for our clients. As a 1st Line IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Windows and Microsoft technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Windows and Microsoft technical environments
  • Log and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems to 1st line level
  • Provide remote IT support for end-users
  • Escalate calls when necessary and manage IT incidents within agreed SLAs
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in IT Service Desk and Helpdesk environments
  • Strong technical skills in Windows and Microsoft technical environments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
