Position Overview:

We are currently seeking dedicated Supervisors to join our team on a flexible basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure guests receive outstanding service while enjoying a diverse selection of food and beverages at our various outlets.

Work Schedule:

This position is offered on a casual basis, with no guaranteed hours. Shift patterns are flexible and may include early mornings, late evenings, and weekend shifts.

Compensation for this role starts at £12.09 per hour.

  • Possess a thorough understanding of food and beverage service.
  • Oversee the operations of the outlet, managing team members, inventory, cash handling, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Promote menu items effectively, with a clear understanding of ingredients, allergens, and service styles.
  • Be proficient with the till system, including reporting and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage and train staff in your area, ensuring they are well-prepared and supported throughout their shifts.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and employment laws.
  • Address customer feedback and complaints, reporting any service or quality concerns.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, using initiative to create a memorable experience for guests.
  • Effectively manage small teams during peak periods to ensure efficient service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the unit throughout the day.
  • Handle cash responsibly and implement profit control measures within the outlet.
