Job Title: College Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized College Administrator to join our team at Leigh Academy Bexley. As a key member of our School Office, you will provide essential support to our Senior Leadership Team and colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of our college.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and other colleagues
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Coordinate and organize events and meetings
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative and flexibility
  • Computer literacy in usual office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £24,772 - £25,145 per annum, commensurate with experience, based on 36 hours per week, Term Time plus three weeks inset.
