Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Associate/VP to join our team at Anesi Advisors, a boutique firm providing M&A advisory services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and lower mid-market business owners.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Executing M&A diligence processes, including financial analysis, preparing IRL questionnaires, and liaising with business owners and their accountants to address due diligence asks.
  • Preparing marketing materials, such as pitch decks and slides highlighting companies we represent, to assist in the execution process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in M&A Transaction Services or a related field.
  • Experience working with SME and lower mid-market business accounts.
  • ACA qualification is preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Sincerity, a willingness to work hard, curiosity, a sense of humor, and the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
