About the Role:
GCB Recruitment is seeking a skilled Sales Valuer to join our team in the Swindon area. As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for providing accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties based on the best available data and comparable property sales.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough property valuations and provide detailed reports to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Operate in an allocated territory and build your own business
- Stay up-to-date with local property market trends and developments
- Collaborate with the central support team to achieve successful sales
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Valuer or in a related property role
- Excellent knowledge of the property market, including property trends and valuations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full driver's license and access to a vehicle for business purposes
