- Search for suitable candidates on various platforms, utilizing your knowledge of the job market and industry trends.
- Phone candidates to discuss their qualifications and match them to job openings, ensuring a strong fit for both the candidate and the client.
- Create enticing email campaigns to be sent to multiple candidates, highlighting the benefits and opportunities of the roles.
- Record video messages to be sent to candidates, providing a personal touch and showcasing the company culture.
- Meet with candidates via video calls to discuss their job search and provide guidance on the application process.
- Coach candidates for interviews, helping them to prepare and present themselves in the best possible light.
- Utilize online databases, job boards, and networking platforms to find and engage top talent.
Requirements
- Be energetic and positive in your approach, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Be goal-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Be able to follow instructions and work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Feel comfortable making outbound calls to candidates and recording video messages.
- Have a confident and articulate communication style, both written and spoken.

- Have the ability to multi-task and re-prioritize duties throughout the day.
- Not be afraid to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions.
- Have a driving license and access to your own vehicle.
