* Leadership and Empowerment: You'll take charge of a team of seasoned sales professionals, inspiring and empowering them to achieve sales excellence.
* Strategy and Vision: You'll develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with our company's goals and market trends.
* Relationship Building: You'll cultivate and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of Shred-it.
* Teamwork: You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to identify and seize market opportunities.
* Coaching and Feedback: You'll provide regular sales meetings and constructive feedback to optimize the team's sales performance.
* Data Driven Insights: You'll leverage your proficiency in generating comprehensive reports on team performance metrics and sales forecasts.

What you'll need to succeed:

* You're a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in steering sales teams, particularly within the B2B sector.
* You're a people's person and building relationships is second nature to you.
* You're a master at multitasking and possess exceptional organizational skills.
* You're passionate about coaching and mentoring.
* You're proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
