About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Cornwall Staff Agency. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Supervise and train junior chefs to ensure high-quality dishes are produced
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
