Position Overview

Dakota Edinburgh is on the lookout for a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Breakfast Service Team Member. The role primarily involves working part-time during weekend mornings, making it suitable for students or those with weekday commitments.

CONTRACT AND COMPENSATION

The pay rate is competitive, reaching up to £13.54 per hour, with weekly payments leading to a minimum guaranteed gross annual salary of £8,488 (including expected tronc payments). This role offers a permanent contract with a minimum of 12 hours per week, primarily scheduled for Saturday and Sunday mornings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant, serving beverages and light snacks before taking their breakfast orders.
  • Perform the duties of a section waiter/waitress, ensuring exceptional table service, taking orders, and delivering trays of appetizing food to guests.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service by providing personalized dish and beverage recommendations, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the Bar and Kitchen teams to maintain effective communication.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the breakfast menu to assist guests with recommendations, including awareness of allergens in dishes.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
