About Us:

We are looking for a driven Change Project Leader to join us on a temporary assignment, with the potential for a permanent position. In this dynamic role, reporting to the Infrastructure Directorate, you will be instrumental in facilitating positive transformations and enhancing business processes within our maintenance and route engineering divisions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct a varied portfolio of transformation and business enhancement initiatives across all sectors of infrastructure delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Infrastructure Director, his Executive Team, and key stakeholders to formulate and execute effective transformation strategies.
  • Manage project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Encourage a cooperative working atmosphere, fostering robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and address project risks and challenges, implementing proactive solutions.
  • Continuously assess and evaluate project performance, providing progress reports and data-driven insights.
  • Implement improvement initiatives across our infrastructure maintenance delivery units, route asset management teams, and area services organization.

  • Manage the creation of project management plans for enhancement initiatives.
  • Establish and lead collaborative cross-functional virtual teams to deliver improvement projects, as necessary.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, including pertinent risks and challenges, to Executive Sponsors and Functional Directors.
  • Administer project budgets within established targets.
  • Promote and monitor the application of efficiency enhancement methods.
  • Share lessons learned from project experiences.
