Company Overview:

ROSE & YOUNG RECRUITMENT LTD is a prominent manufacturer with a significant international footprint, emphasizing sales beyond domestic borders.

Position Overview:

  • Engage with Dealers across various regions
  • Leverage language proficiency
  • Manage sales orders through MS Office and ERP software
  • Address customer inquiries through multiple communication channels
  • Foster relationships within the Dealer and Distribution sectors
  • Oversee customer expectations and deliver aftersales assistance
  • Coordinate logistics including freight quotes and order tracking
  • Collaborate with production teams on order fulfillment
  • Process orders for spare parts
  • Conduct data entry and payment processing
  • Support administrative functions and marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years in Sales Order Processing and Export
  • Fluency in English and one additional European language
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management abilities
  • Understanding of export laws and customs protocols
  • Competence in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Position Details:

Salary Range: £28,000 - £35,000 annually

Benefits: 25 days of Annual Leave, Pension plan, Christmas bonus, and Death in Service coverage
