**Location**: Corby, Northants - Hybrid (2/3 days a week on site, including a team day on Wednesdays)

**Hours of work**: Monday - Friday: 09:00-17:00

As our
**Export Coordinator**, you’ll make up a team of 3 who support our distributor markets from
**order forecasting** through to
**despatch of goods**, with your focus centred around processing of all
**export orders** through to despatch and the applicable
**documentation**, as well liaising with
**hauliers**, ensuring we’re achieving our OTIF targets.

With the opportunity to support and lead on various projects within our Supply Chain department, you’ll be able to bring natural problem-solving skills as well as finding yourself in an environment that values continuous improvement and new ideas. In turn, giving you an appreciation of the wider Supply Chain function within our uniquely positioned, direct sales, diet food manufacturing organisation, that is 100% wholly owned by its employees.

**So, what exactly will you be doing?**
- Creating and processing all export documentation, including but not limited to; Private Attestations, Certificates of Origin and Export Health Certificates
- Liaising with hauliers (road, sea and occasionally air), coordinating shipments both inside and outside of the EU
- Supporting our Distributors with any queries and providing order updates as required
- Arranging vet visits and liaising with the local council plus Chamber of Commerce for required documentation
- Order processing and data input onto our ERP and internal system(s) (Master Export Software)
- Work collaboratively with other departments across the business, such as our Manufacturing, Technical and Finance teams

**About you**

Success in this role will be centred around your
**export documentation experience**, which you may have developed in a similar or previous role, where you have been responsible for the
**processing of export orders**. You may be looking for a fresh challenge, to learn a new industry or looking to build on your experience and continue to develop your career within
**Export/Supply Chain**.

You'll also bring;
- Effective communication skills ot both internal and external stakeholders
- An organised approach, being able to both prioritise and plan effectively
- Attention to detail, where you're used to working to a high degree of accuracy
