Key Responsibilities- Ensure the kitchen is maintained at a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Prepare and serve food to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve kitchen targets and deadlines.
- Comply with food handling and hygiene standards, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
