We're seeking a talented and ambitious Chef to join our team at Defence, a leading food service company in the UK. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional food experiences that delight our clients and customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that showcase your culinary expertise
- Lead a team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality food services
- Collaborate with our procurement team to source the freshest ingredients and maintain high standards of food safety
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain a well-stocked kitchen to ensure seamless food service delivery
- Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image through exceptional customer service and food quality
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Must have a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
- Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
- Have experience supervising a team and leading culinary operations
- Be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of our clients and customers
