Housing Management Specialist

About the Role
Fife Council is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Area Housing Team as a Housing Management Officer. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality landlord services and building stable communities across Fife.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the needs of individuals, properties, and neighbourhoods to develop solutions that improve estate standards and sustain tenancies.
- Work closely with tenants, partners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and make required improvements.
- Provide excellent customer care and engage with local people to maintain estate standards.
- Participate in partnership working to manage tenancies and take action against breaches of tenancy.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Scottish Secure and Short Scottish Secure Tenancies.
- Experience of working with a range of supports available to tenants.
- Good time management, communication, and organisational skills.
- IT skills and ability to work with various software systems.
- SCQF level 5 or equivalent qualification and willingness to undertake the Homepoint 2 qualification.
