Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Involvement Lead to join our team at NFP People. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in working closely with our team to ensure that individuals with a lived experience of stroke can contribute meaningfully to our funded research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies for engaging individuals with a lived experience of stroke in our research initiatives.
  • Work closely with our research partners to ensure that our funded research is inclusive and accessible to individuals with a lived experience of stroke.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including individuals with a lived experience of stroke, researchers, and other relevant partners.
  • Provide support and guidance to our team to ensure that our research initiatives are informed by the needs and perspectives of individuals with a lived experience of stroke.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in research involvement or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the needs and perspectives of individuals with a lived experience of stroke.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
