Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
About the Role
- Provide expert nursing care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements
- 1 year of NMC/HCPC post-registration experience as a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic.
- Full training and equipment will be provided.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary ranging from £38,500 to £41,500*, plus a 5% retention bonus, and an opportunity to increase it to a 10% quality & retention bonus. *OTE: £45,650.
- Full-time and part-time roles available.
