Job Opportunity at Reactive Recruitment

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered care, prioritizing individual needs and preferences.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of our services and patient experiences.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of post-registration experience as a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic.
  • Full training and equipment will be provided.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary ranging from £38,500 to £41,500*, plus a 5% retention bonus, and an opportunity to increase it to a 10% quality & retention bonus.
  • Full-time and part-time options available.
