Job Title: Labourer

Location: Whitchurch

Rate: £15 p/h

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Labourer to contribute to our construction projects at our Whitchurch location. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent physical stamina, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist skilled tradespeople and construction workers on-site.
  • Perform general labouring duties, including site preparation, cleaning, and organizing materials.
  • Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
  • Assist with the setup and dismantling of scaffolding.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a labouring or construction role.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Valid and reliable transportation to the Whitchurch location.
  • 2x References.
  • CSCS Card Needed.
