Our Westcliff service provides support to eight individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support individuals with toileting needs.
  • Assist with light household tasks, such as ironing and cleaning.
  • Ensure the safety of the house and individuals.
  • Prepare individuals for the day ahead.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy home environment.
  • Support individuals with health needs overnight.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships.
