Electrical Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our FM Division. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for responding to reactive calls, carrying out first fix where possible, and scoping quotes for repair where first fix is not possible. You will also be responsible for carrying out all planned maintenance tasks as per program and keeping accurate auditable records of works planned and completed.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to reactive calls and carry out first fix where possible
- Scope quotes for repair where first fix is not possible
- Carry out all planned maintenance tasks as per program
- Keep accurate auditable records of works planned and completed
- Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works/tasks completed within KPIs
- Repairs following a Periodic Electrical Installation Condition Report. Including minor works certification
- 18th Edition is essential
- NVQ level 3
- AM2
