Job Title: Government Partnerships Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Government Partnerships Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in securing public sector funding to support our work with young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential funding opportunities with government agencies and other public sector organizations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, policymakers, and other influencers.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality funding applications, including proposals, budgets, and reports.
  • Collaborate with our program teams to ensure that funding is used effectively to support our work with young people.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of our funding, and make recommendations for future funding opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills.
  • Strong understanding of the challenges faced by young people, and a passion for helping them overcome these barriers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Experience of working in a similar role, or in a related field such as youth work, education, or social welfare.
