Job Title: Valuations Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Valuations Director to lead and expand our valuation services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our valuation services and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of valuation professionals.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
    • Identify and recruit top talent to support the team's growth objectives.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
    • Engage in business development activities to attract new clients and expand our market presence.
  • Valuation Services Delivery:
    • Oversee the delivery of high-quality valuation services for M&A, restructuring, PPAs, and other related engagements.
    • Ensure all valuation reports and analyses comply with relevant standards and best practices.
    • Provide expert advice and insights to clients on complex valuation issues.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow our valuation services offering.
    • Identify new market opportunities and service lines to drive business expansion.
    • Collaborate with other senior leaders to align our valuation team's goals with our broader firm strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Education and Certification:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
    • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, ACA, CPA) are highly desirable.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in valuation services, with a significant portion at a senior level.
    • Proven track record in M&A, restructuring, PPAs, and other valuation engagements.
    • Demonstrated success in leading and growing valuation teams.
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
    • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
