Commercial Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at Barclay Meade. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for supporting both new bids and existing programmes across our military and commercial customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with customers to ensure successful delivery of our services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide commercial support to our sales team to ensure accurate and competitive pricing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial contract management, ideally within aerospace, defence contracting or outsourced service provision environments
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts and negotiation techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
