Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer care.
  • Hold the CQC/CIW registration for the branch and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled carers who share our commitment to excellence.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the commercial growth of the branch.
  • Regularly review branch performance to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communicate and implement policies and procedures effectively within the branch.
  • Support staff and carers in their training and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving this. You'll also require knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance, as well as experience in the care sector at management level. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential.
