What We Expect from Our Vehicle Recovery Specialists:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in vehicle recovery or tow truck operations.
  • Possession of a full, clean category C driving license (training for Category CE available).
  • Valid CPC and Digital tachograph cards.
  • Understanding of tachograph regulations.
  • Proficiency in vehicle recovery techniques and equipment.
  • A strong focus on safety and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
  • Capability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and operate independently.
  • Successful completion of NPPV2 vetting is required.
  • IVR training (Institute of Vehicle Recovery) is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities of a Vehicle Recovery Specialist:

  • Efficiently and safely recover a variety of vehicles throughout the area.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and their customers.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of recovered vehicles, documenting any damages or issues.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and support staff.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and promptly using electronic devices.
