As a Dynamics Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients harness the power of Dynamics CRM, Azure, and other cutting-edge technologies to streamline their operations and enhance business outcomes. This is more than a technical support role; it's an opportunity to shape how technology drives transformation across industries. Your work will directly impact clients by ensuring that their systems are optimized for performance, stability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support for Dynamics CRM systems, ensuring they are optimized for client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot issues and deploy improvements across Azure DevOps CI/CD processes.
  • Leverage Azure/Azure AI Services to deliver scalable, intelligent solutions.
  • Assist in the integration and configuration of PowerPages and PowerAutomate.
  • Play a key role in the Apps process, contributing to the smooth delivery and ongoing enhancements of client platforms.
  • Provide essential support for the ongoing extension of the Dynamics CRM platform.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, updates, and enhancements of the CRM platform as required.
  • Work within an established team to ensure the CRM platform meets operational needs and continues to support business objectives.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of Dynamics CRM and its application to real-world business problems.
  • Expertise in Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes.
  • Experience with Azure/Azure AI Services, and familiarity with PowerPages and PowerAutomate is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to work closely with senior stakeholders and business ambassadors, acting as a trusted partner in delivering innovative solutions.
  • A thorough understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and experience with Azure DevOps tools.
  • Solid knowledge of the Testing Lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • A business-savvy individual with strong consultancy skills who can connect technology solutions to business goals.
