Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Swansea
Hours: 20 Hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
Hourly Rate: £14 for weekday shifts
About the Role:
As a Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the life of a young woman with cerebral palsy. Your support will be instrumental in facilitating her engagement with the community, allowing her to participate in various activities such as cinema visits, bowling, and shopping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
- Encourage and support the individual in accessing community events.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive environment.
