About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Home Instead Swansea. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Administer medication and prompt clients as needed

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and access to a car
  • Ability to work a minimum of 4 consecutive days per week
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
