Experienced Housekeeper Wanted for Prestigious Estate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced housekeeper to join our team at a prestigious country estate near Banbury in North Oxfordshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the large manor home, which includes 9 bedrooms, 3 reception rooms, and a separate outdoor pool and tennis court.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills. They will be required to work weekends, including evenings, and occasional weekdays, with a maximum of 40-45 hours per week.
The salary for this position is negotiable, around £45-50k gross per annum, depending on experience.
Accommodation is provided in a 2-bedroom apartment in the stable block adjacent to the main house. The successful candidate will also have access to an estate car for work purposes.
We are looking for a candidate who is flexible, respectful, and able to work independently. They must also be dog-friendly, as the couple has dogs that require care and walking.
The role involves occasional travel to Switzerland to prepare the chalet for the employer's arrival and stay on to clean up after their departure. Time off will be given in lieu of days missed during these trips.
